They asked for a logo. We saw an opportunity to build an identity.

When a city introduces new services, each one needs to stand on its own — but they also need to feel like part of the same bigger picture.

For the City of Athens, our collaboration focused on the visual identity of four new urban services: Athens Civil Alert, Athens Smart Streets, Athens Hub and Athens Smart Schools.

Rather than approaching each logo as an isolated design exercise, we developed a visual direction that could create consistency across the different services while giving each one its own character. From logos and booklets to banners and communication materials, every touchpoint was designed to work as part of a wider identity system.

Because effective branding isn’t just about creating something recognisable.
It’s about creating something that works together.
